The Bloom Label is EXTREMELY committed to our customers, and making sure you are pleased with your order. From everything down to the way we package your order, we are giving our best effort to make you happy with your purchase!

As soon as your order arrives, please check it for any defects or damages. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us through phone or email within 3 business days of your delivery. This policy goes for wrong sized, missing, or incorrect items as well.

Aside from this, if you are just not pleased with your item and would like to send it back, please note these policies:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
  • All returns must be received at The Bloom Label within 30 days of the date that we ship out your order. (Please allow 5-10 business days for transit, to make sure your item is returned within the 30 day window)
  • Undergarments such as bralettes, bodysuits, and swimwear are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted rate per The Bloom Label is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • All returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
  • Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once it is received at The Bloom Label.

  • If you would like a shipping label sent to you for a more convenient return, just email us at info@thebloomlabel.com and we will send one to you. Please note if you request a return label from us, $6.99 will be deducted from your store credit for shipping purposes.
